Jeremy has a broad range of litigation experience that encompasses civil rights and employment matters, multi-million dollar breach of contract disputes, trust and estate litigation, and mass casualty tort cases. He has briefed matters before the Nevada Supreme Court and several Ohio Appellate Courts, and has represented clients at the trial court level at all phases from inception through post-trial motions.
He also assists clients in matters outside the context of litigation, including contracts, commercial leases, real property disputes, and general business representation. In all areas, his focus is on obtaining the best possible result for the client as efficiently as possible.
He lives in Dayton with his wife and daughter, and he can often be found at UD Arena during the college basketball season.
